Outsider Huang otherwise called Xiao Gui was a Taiwanese artist, entertainer, TV moderator, artist and style architect. Outsider Huang was found dead in his Taipei condo.

In 2002, he started facilitating a nature-disclosure show for kids named Follow Me, Go!. He then, at that point, joined the Japanese-Taiwanese kid band HC3. In 2003, after HC3 separated, he joined the Taiwanese kid band Cosmo.
