She came to Mumbai city and began her profession with little appearance jobs. Following two years of battle in media business she got freedom to play lead job in Star Plus TV show ‘Ek Aastha Aisi Bhi’. After that she has been worked in many shows like Mere Sai, Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna and Aye Mere Humsafar. As of late Tina was seen in Dangal TV Channel’s show Aye Mere Humsafar as female hero.
